What areas are shipped to?
I currently ship to The United States and Canada. Free shipping is only offered to orders within the United States. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 Days From Ship Date).
What is the Return Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact support@divinemooncreative.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations can only be made within 2 days of your order date. This is due to most products being made upon order and once production begins, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, please email support@divinemooncreative.com.
Are the custom shoes good quality?
Of course! I use the only paint I trust on leather shoes: Angelus Acrylic Leather Paints. I take the time to build up the layers of paint to ensure there is no streakiness or uneven textures. To make the color/design last, I seal the shoe with Angelus Matte Acrylic Finisher. This also protects it from scratches and makes it water resistant.
How do I take care of custom shoes?
Although all of my custom Air Force 1’s are sealed with Angelus Matte Acrylic Finisher for water resistance and to protect against scratches, custom shoes are not meant for daily rigorous use. Just like any normal shoe, the endurance is worn down overtime. To preserve their longevity, it is recommended:
not to wear in less-than-ideal weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, etc.)
seal the entire shoe with a good shoe protectant spray (Crep Protect is the one I personally use on my own shoes)
only clean the shoes with water based products (Angelus Foam-Tex is a good example)
Why are the shoes priced so high?
What you are really paying for is the unique design, materials, and time spent on them. The average price of a pair of normal white Air Force 1’s from the Nike website is $100-$120 (including tax). As an artist, I base my price on what I believe is fair on both ends ◡̈
Why do orders take 2-4 weeks to receive?
Most items in my shop are made upon order, which means I don’t start making it until I receive the order. In addition to the time to customize the product, I often have to wait for my shipment of shoes or supplies to arrive. I’m doing everything I can to deliver your order as soon as possible! I thank you for your patience and I hope it is worth the wait ◡̈
Are the tote bags good quality?
Absolutely! I’m personally not a fan of flimsy, thin, cotton tote bags, so I searched everywhere for the perfect thick, heavy duty tote bag. They are made of 12oz Canvas material, machine washable, and can hold up to 20lbs. The designs, whether printed or painted, can also withstand in the washer (but not recommended to wash frequently). I use my tote bag to carry my heavy laptop to everyday with no problems!
How do I take care of my tote bag?
Care Instructions:
Flip tote bag inside out (this is important)
Set washer to a normal spin cycle
Line dry or set dryer to low heat setting (still inside out)
Do not wash frequently (to preserve design and durability)
